The Company is launching a new corporate logo in line with its renewed vigor to expand and develop its business. (See image below.)
The logo depicts a “Lion” leaping over ‘A’ representing “Apex”. Lionapex is the corporate name crafted by its founders, Messrs. Maruyama Hiroyuki and Lewis Ng, when they put together the words “Lion” (representing Singapore) and “Apex”, the second part of Mr. Maruyama’s company SHINAPEX. “Shinapex” in turn was created by Mr. Maruyama to represent “Shin-Shu”, another name for Nagano Prefecture, and the English word ‘apex’ that adequately describes Nagano that is situated in the upper peaks of the Japan Alps. The company was established and continues to have its headquarters in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture.
